An Exploration of Asian Identity Through Cuisine
As an independent study, I spent the course of 6 weeks delving deeper into the cultural history and my personal connection with two dishes dear to my childhood.
These 3 artifacts are a culmination of the themes drawn from my experiences with these traditional Chinese dishes and reflections on my identity as a hyphenated Asian, or more specifically an American-Born Chinese (ABC).
